To resolve this error, you will need to set read/write/execute (or chmod 777 for hybrid asp/php servers) permissions on the following folders (including sub folders & files) on your web host/server.

  • /cmsv3/database - folder
  • /cmsv3/database/cms-suite.mdb - database file
  • /cmsv3/assets - folder
  • /cmsv3/shared_library/installation - folder
